We believe in the power of a one-on-one connection. Whether you want to help pave the way for a future female leader with support, advice and career counseling or you are looking to take the next step in your career and need some guidance, we invite you to be part of our mentor program.

WHIT offers 2 mentorship cohorts each year – April & October. We will hand match a mentor and mentee based on their respective goals and expertise. The mentorship will last one year and during that time period, we expect participants to meet no less than on a quarterly basis. We ask that you report back on your progress to make sure the mentorship is beneficial and to refine our program as we move forward. We will also provide a small stipend to fund an in-person meeting and will publish information regarding meet-ups at various industry events.
